Mrs R   Are you willing to Venture into terra incognita? Our Venture Program is all about discovering what you don't know and extending what you do know. I've discovered I learn something new each time I meet with a Venture class!
I was honored to be awarded a membership on the Toyota International Program's educator trip to the Galapagos Islands. There were only 30 teachers nationwide included in the program. We were there from Nov. 22 -Dec. 6, 2008. Our Venture blogs help include YOU join the Galapagos experience in real time. Our newest "venture" is using technology to extend learning beyond our classroom meetings and to enhance communication among Venture students.
